Usually, anything apart from water, has added sugar and calories, and one way of reducing your intake is to reduce the amount of stuff you drink.
Some may say, just drink water, but hey, we all gotta live a little too
So the next time you are pouring yourself a drink, use a tall and skinny glass instead of a short and wide glass.
The reason for this is that short and wide glasses usually tend to have larger volumes while giving out an appearance of low volumes. The tall and skinny glasses usually do the opposite – So you will feel like you are drinking more instead of actually drinking more
Lesser drinks = lesser calories = lesser weight put on = a happier you
However, the reverse can be applied for kids who, say don’t like to drink milk but you as a parent feel they should.
Serve them in short glasses and they are likely to finish it faster.
