Once your order is successfully placed we will process the order within 2 business days and delivery will be based on the pin-codes selected by the customer. Usually we will able to deliver all the customer orders within 5 business days.
Also please note that we will notify the customer within 2 business days whether we will be able to deliver their order to their specified pin-code, if the specified pin-code is inaccessible then customer has to provide alternate address or solution whichever possible to get their orders.
If customer wishes to cancel their placed order, cancellation can be allowed only if the below conditions are satisfied.
1.) Cancellation request (via mail or through phone call or WhatsApp) has to be sent prior to shipping the order, once order has been shipped cancellation is not allowed.
2.) If the customer wants to cancel the order placed through COD ( Cash On Delivery) then customer has to bear the shipping charges as applicable.
3.) If customer wants to cancel the prepaid order, then cancellation charges if any will be notified on the website itself or through the 3rd party courier service if the shipment has been shipped out.

Refunds and Exchanges Policy
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If the item is damaged or broken or missing from the package during the delivery.

The following are exempt from refunds:
- Tablets which are expired and are outside the return date are exempted from refunds
Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing products for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
