Insomnia is a type of sleep disorder that is now commonly found among many adults. It is a condition where the affected person can’t sleep or keeps sleeping or both. Insomnia is also one of the most common sleep disorders. Most of us experience insomnia at any one point in our lives.

1.Waking too early in the morning

However, Insomnia is also a by-product of pregnancy as infants require constant nursing. Falling asleep when the opportunity arises becomes routine. However, new parents will be at times, unable to do just that, which is a classic sign of postnatal insomnia. 

Being overwhelmed, tense, or anxious due to the arrival of a new baby can also be reasons for insomnia.

What are the remedies available for sleepless nights?

Avoiding caffeinated beverages before night time.

Avoiding exercises before bedtime

Cutting down screen time on all screens, mobile or Television at least two hours before your bedtime. 

Minimizing the use of gadgets and others.

Meditating techniques, pranayama, and other forms of calming exercises.
